Built at Fluent Group

The systems you already run, finally talking to each other.

FG Toolkit moves information between the platforms a business depends on. A form fills in on a website, a deal closes in Salesforce, an invoice needs to reach Xero, a conversion needs to get back to the ad account that paid for it.

We built Toolkit because we kept solving the same problem by hand for clients. It is used and supported by Fluent Group on behalf of the businesses we work with.

How a relay works

Four steps, then it runs on its own.

  1. Something happens. A web form is submitted, a record changes in Salesforce, or another system sends a webhook.
  2. Toolkit maps the fields across and applies any conditions the logic needs.
  3. The data is sent on to the systems that need it, in the shape they expect.
  4. Every run is logged. If a step fails, you can see why and replay it.

Set up once. Watched every day after that.

What Toolkit does

Four jobs, done properly.

Most integration work is not clever. It is repetitive, fiddly, and it breaks quietly. Toolkit handles the repetition and makes the breaking loud.

Relays

Connect two systems and keep them in step. A relay listens for a trigger, maps the fields, applies conditions, then sends the data on. Relays can be paused, edited and replayed without touching code.

Document generation

Build documents from records that already exist. DocGen pulls the data from Salesforce, prompts the user for anything missing, then returns a finished PDF or Word file against the record it came from.

Connections

One place to authorise the accounts a business uses. Credentials, permissions and notification settings sit together, so nobody is hunting for a login at the point a token expires.

Run history and alerts

Every run keeps its payload and its result. When something fails, the people who need to know are emailed, and the record is there to work from rather than guess at.

Connections

Built around the platforms our clients actually use.

Toolkit is not trying to connect to everything. It connects properly to the systems that keep coming up in Australian businesses running Salesforce, and we add more as client work calls for them.

If the platform you need is not listed, ask us about it

CRM

Read and write records, watch for changes, and keep Salesforce as the source of truth.

Advertising

Send closed-won conversions back to the ad account that generated the lead.

Advertising

Offline conversion uploads, working the same way they do for Google Ads.

Accounting

Raise invoices from Salesforce records and keep payment status in step.

Messaging

Trigger campaigns and keep customer attributes current as records change.

Email delivery

Transactional email for relay error notices and client-facing sends.

Web forms

Capture submissions straight off a WordPress site, tracking fields included.

Webhooks Inbound

Another system posts to Toolkit when something happens, and that starts a relay.

REST APIs Outbound

A relay calls another platform's API to create, update or fetch a record.

Data and privacy

How Toolkit uses Google user data.

Where a business connects its Google Ads account, Toolkit sends conversion data from that business's own CRM back to that business's own advertising account.

Nothing else. Toolkit does not read a person's Gmail, files or contacts, and it does not request the access that would let it.

The short version

  • Access is granted by the account owner through Google's own consent screen, and can be withdrawn at any time from their Google account settings.
  • Toolkit requests only the scopes it needs to upload conversion data and read back the result of that upload.
  • Information received from Google APIs is used only to run the relays the account owner has configured.
  • It is never sold, never used for advertising to that person, and never used to train, retrain or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning model.
  • Access tokens are stored encrypted and used only to make the API calls a configured relay requires.

FG Toolkit's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The full detail is in our privacy policy.
